Always helpful and courteous.

Easy to order. Great customer service

Great experience! Efficient and reasonable! Happy with the service! Thank you!

We had no way of telling how much our actual dumpster weighed and we got billed for practically 2 dumpsters. We felt helpless. In that what we used it for was just junk out of our basement, we didn't expect to spend more than 400$ (the original quote) but ended up paying more like 675$. We didn't think it was a fair deal... we didn't overfill our dumpster and really doubted the weight over amounts they gave us.

Awesome company

Needed a dumpster immediately. Arwood accommodated my need in a timely manner. Scheduling a designated pickup time was effortless. My rep was very helpful considering I live in NY and had a small window of time to get my dad's house in Florida cleaned out. Price was better than expected as well.

Worst service possible. I have ordered two-three dumpsters several years back and paid for them as well as overages. When I was charged the overage again, months after completion of service. I have spoke with customer service to correct the matter and provided the receipts. They assured they would fix it, yet nothing was ever changed and each month id get a new invoice with more charges added to it!!! I disregarded the invoices after speaking and emailing them maybe 10 more times. Lesson of the story is avoid at all costs. They are incompetent, do yourself a favor and chose the hundreds of other dumpster providers, costs are relatively the same. So choose a real company that doesn't subcontract its dumpsters and has no idea how to manage accounts!!!

I am very happy with Arwood Waste Co. They have excellent service and great prices. There is the occasional billing mistake but they always make it right.
