I placed an order sixty days ahead of time for a portable toilet. I received a confirmation that the order was placed and called to confirm. When the time came for it to be delivered it never showed up. I called several times and was told it would be delivered but it never was. This problem was Hugh to me as I had a crew showing up from all over the country for Sturgis motor cycle week. Never again!

Drop off and pick up were right on time exactly when they said they would. Very good job.

The dumpster and portable toilet provided was late, in truely unsuitable condition, the driver made a mess with delivery. There was nothing good about getting your product to my site. If that wasnt bad enough, I had your rude accounting department set me up on automatic credit card billing, but still continuously received hateful emails telling me my payment was late and you were going to take legal action, when I called and spoke to the not at all friendly accounting dept they told me I was paid up to date and I confirmed that with my credit card company. The hateful emails kept coming. I ended up paying twice several times via check on top of the credit card thinking some issue with the card had occurred, but it had not. The accounting dept said it would issue a refund, it did not. On top of that I continuously had trouble getting my units cleaned each week. I guess it was so nasty I would hardly have been able to tell if it was anyway. I truely cannot say anything good about your organization or your products or services. I eventually got so frustrated that I had y'all cancel my service and I paid $250 a month surcharge to have a unit brought from a hour away. Totally worth it. The portable toilet provided me was so nasty my workers all joked that they "would rather ___ on" your portable restroom "than in it", this was not exactly coming from a group of aristocrats either. Do not take this review as an inexperienced outlier on the subject, I am very familiar with this business and it's standards. I have portable toilets and dumpsters on my jobs at work, at any given time I have 6-10 rented. All the time. I have worked with companies like yours across 5 states for 25 years. It amazes me how you are still in business. I can truely say YOU. ARE. THE. WORST. This company owes me back all the money I paid them even still that would not make up for the aggravation you caused me.

The company is very prompt with deliveries and pickup and easy to work with. Will continue to use them on our site.

The office staff don't know what's going on and supervisor don't return your calls. I called for a month and another month and still waiting on a return call for my situation.
