Ordered a dumpster on 5/10, was supposed to be delivered on 5/12. Didn't show up. Called, over and over. Every call was "It'll be there tomorrow." Frustrated, I cancelled after 2 weeks of the same excuses. Will never use this company again. Update: To address your response, yours was the worst customer service I have received in recent memory. You had 2 weeks to address my concerns but didn't do anything. I am done with your company.

Service in the field was superior. Unfortunately your home office erroneously concluded I had not paid for the extended on site time. They dunned me repeatedly, ignored my responses giving them check amount, number and mailing date. I finally called and a lady checked the account and assured me it was paid up-and had been for months. Then they finally shut up. This company lied to me and stole from me. I opened a month to month acct. With the sales person for my business. I only needed a dumpster for 1 month a business that I was closing down. After I was finished with the dumpster I called them and closed the acct. A new business moved in a month after. 3 months after I closed the acct. I got an email from the company saying I owe them an outrageous amount of money. I called, emailed, and mailed for someone to get back to me regarding this issue with no response back. Aperently the place that moved into my old business was using the dumpster and I was being charged for it. So 1 year later I still tried and tried to resolve this issue and no one has reached out or attempted to resolve this issue. Would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

My wedding day - June 11, 2016 - Not happy with your service! I changed my order from three to two porta potties and a hand washing station and was charged $847.61 for two porta potties. The hand washing station was not delivered at all and we had to set up our own. When I was contacted on June 13th, I was told that I would be charged $427.86 for the two porta potties, not each, from Ms. T. Henley. I expect a refund in the amount of $419.75 for the difference. As a matter of fact, when I first ordered the porta potties, I was guaranteed that the porta potties would be very nice because it was for my wedding. When they arrived, they looked like something straight from a construction site and definitely not worth the money. I tried to reach Ms. Henley several times and got no response. I have been waiting to hear from your company. I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt to send me my refund within the next 30 days. To Trustpilot - I trust you will relay this review with Arwood. Also, I could not open your Terms & Conditions all the way except for the first few lines, but I had to check it in order to send it.
