All I can say is that Deb and Mike ROCK!! I do work for several places that use Arwood Waste for their services. Anytime I mention them, they have nothing but great things to say about the entire company as a whole and especially the great customer service from the office manager Deb.. If you are looking for waste services, I highly recommend Arwood Waste.

I called on Wednesday 6/7/2017 to request a 10 cubic foot dumpster be dropped of at my house. Total cost for 10 days $597.00. Not cheap. But the lady on the phone was great and I needed this done. The dumpster should have been dropped off on 6/9/2017. It did not show up most of the day. I called them, later in the day and they told me it was scheduled for delivery that day. I waited until 7:30 pm nothing. The next day 6/10/17 I called and left a message. I also sent an email. No response. I then went to my trash pickup company, Republic Services. They confirmed they could deliver the same product on Tuesday. They sent me a contract the same day. Price $600. I e-signed the contract. I then promptly cancelled service at Arwood. They did not even bother calling back to understand the issue. Very very bad customer service! Go to Republic Services. They rock! don't bother with Arwood.

Arwood is always very helpful and has great service. They respond quickly to any questions you have of them.
