Toni was very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all of my questions in a professional manner. This was very helpful considering my husband and I are doing a total gut to a home we recently purchased in Texas and we live in Colorado. Nice to speak with friendly, knowledgeable people.

I contacted this company for the first time and found enthusiasm to get me set up with equipment right away. The Rep. Treasure was most helpful when she call back with approved options to my needs. I was most impressed when I changed time for delivery and this was relayed to their drivers. Thank you Treasure, james

Good day, I am writing a positive review in regards to Arwood Waste. Last week I called the local business number and had the pleasure in speaking with Ms. Toni After completing my business, I inquired if the company had a training program for customer service and she said yes. I said that obviously Ms. Toni had taken her training to heart and was an exceptional customer service professional. I commend Arwood Waste for their employees in their Jacksonville FL, office who do truly believe the customer is to be held in high regard. Additionally, I commend Arwood Waste with having a training program and ensuring that their employees complete the training program. Ms. Toni displayed exceptional level of courtesy to me. Thank you Ms. Toni for going above and beyond for my needs you were awesome.
