I was quoted several options from other companies. Arwood was the best price or at least nearly the same price as others. The biggest difference was the direct and efficient communication. I received answers immediately, pictures upon request and updated quotes several times. No response was automated, therefore i could reply and talk to someone when needed. I work for a small business, and the largest advantage small businesses can have is customer service, and clearly Arwood takes that seriously.
