If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Alyssa in billing calls me repeatedly changing the amount owed and claiming that she isn't. She made a mistake and refuses to admit it. She has no idea what is going on. They are 4x as expensive as any other dumpster company I have ever used and I only used them because my regular dumpster company didn't go that far. They harassed me for surveys before my container was ever delivered.

I called to schedule an appointment to have a couch removed from my house. The receptionist was very pleasant and led me to the website to schedule an appointment. The website is very user friendly. I will use this company again and recommend to our association that we have our residents use this company for their removal needs.

They where very helpful in every way in getting all the services we needed But they went up on price after sending a quote not real good business practices cancelled the order then the emails confirming the shipment just kept coming in called them and emailed them that this was cancelled they said it was automated and there would be more sent before it quits not good
