Chris M. THIS PICK UP SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED on July 26. A driver showed up on the site on the 25th to remove the toilets. I was off site but I was able to call the office and stop the removal. I told the person at the office that the removal was to happen on the 26th not on the 25th. Now the toilets have stayed on the site until now. Today is July 31 !!!! I have been on the phone every day to sort out this situation and I have spoken to several people to no avail. No-one was able to help until now. This is a very upsetting situation. It is causing unsanitary conditions on my client site. I truly hope that removal is going to happen promptly. I am totally unimpressed by your services

Arwood waste is outstanding, have great customer service. Just pay attention to there rates, there will be extra charges if you don't follow there guide lines.

I found that the online request for service quoted quarterly rates but only let me pay for annual service. Yes there was a20% discount, but I really could only afford quarterly payments.
