If I could give this place a ZERO …
If I could give this place a ZERO rating, I would! If you want unresponsive customer service and a company tacks on fees after you pay your final bill, then hire them. They were late in delivery and EXTERMELY late picking their rusty dumpster up from our property. Now they're tacking on fees for no good reason. Dirty scumbags.

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible! We ordered two portable toilets for October 20th for my son's funeral which was taking place at Honey Creek Woodlands Nature Preserve located in Conyers Georgia. There was 250 people that attended and Arwood Waste never delivered them. Obviously not a comfortable situation. They were to be delivered at 12 noon. We called twice when they didn't show and they absolutely lied to us and said they were on the way both times. Then the third time they said it was scheduled for the next day. We had a confirmation e-mail from Arwood that stated delivery on the 20th which was the day of the funeral. So frustrating especially considering the circumstances.
