The service over the phone to set up service was good but it was not from a local provider. The phone agent gave me a price and date for drop off. Later that day I received a call from the local facility and they told me it would be delivered 2 days later than what I was told at first and they also said I had to pay over $100 more for cleaning which I thought was part of the initial rental. Other than those issues the unit was delivered and set where it was needed.

I waited all day for the delivery. 7 am to 7 PM. Never showed. Called at 3 and was told they would be there in a hour. Never showed. When I called the office, First I was told because of traffic. Next time I was told they called but no one answered. Nothing on my answering machine. Marion Hankins

Professional and courteous staff arranged for on time delivery and pick-up even returning later in the day when a contractor trailer blocked original removal attempt.

Terrible. Scheduled a dumpster and was guaranteed I would have it. Got a call the day it was supposed to be on site saying I was on a 2 week waiting list. That was a month ago and I still have not received a dumpster. And I have to call every week to get an update, not the company that has a $1,000 dollar deposit. You won’t even call to give me updates. Worst experience ever.
