Arnwood Waste provided a Port-a-Potty during renovation of my bathroom. Service was superb, delivered BEFORE requested date, positioned into place by a polite and patient technician. Made life during the remodel so much more tolerable. Trust your poo to the Arnwood crew!

Bekah helped me place my order and was very helpful, looking forward to our event and hoping delivery goes as smoothly. ——————- Two months after placing our order and receiving confirmation I get contacted about a $600 price increase. “Associated with the freighting of the unit”. After a week waiting to hear back I find out it was for the additional mileage over the first 50 as per the contract. That would have been understandable had it not been known from the start the location the unit was to be delivered. Instead they wait 2 months - half way to our event to inform us of this. If they weren’t able to calculate the mileage and therefore the transportation costs immediately, all it would have taken was some communication up front and this headache could have been avoided. We found alternative arrangements, but if you take a chance with them make sure you know what your really going to be paying.

First time customer, looking forward to your service.

The service that I received when I called Arwood to arrange what I needed was terrific. The representative that worked with me, Bekah, was quite helpful and we were able to determine my companies' exact needs quickly. She was refreshing to work with and I hope that Arwood will be able to help me further over the course of the project.

Awesome company to work with, love the service the responds time and for sure the business, it is a total pleasure working with your staff and we will continue to recommend you all over. Thanks

Service was quick and staff was committed to making sure our needs were met.

Although pleasant on the telephone, they were a no show with our rental item. I called them several times to confirm the delivery and were told that it would be delivered within the hour; hours came and went... When contacted (via email and voicemail) about the no show, we received no response.

Bekah was friendly, efficient, and easy to work with. Would definitely use Arwood again if need arose.
