I ordered bathroom trailers from Arwood for my wedding 5 months before the wedding. My first experience was that they were unresponsive to my email, so after several days I called and placed the order, signed a contract with them and got everything set up. A week prior to my outdoor wedding, I emailed them to confirm that there is no issue with the bathroom trailers and that they will still deliver the toilets the day before. I received an email back saying that everything looked good and we're on schedule. My wedding was on a Saturday and the toilets were schedule to arrive by 4 pm on Friday. Well, 4 pm on Friday came and went and no bathroom trailer. Of course by this time I realize that they are closed but thought I can find an after hours number or leave a message on a voicemail. Nothing. I called their normal number to leave a message and their phone rang and rang with no answering service. I received No email or text message or phone call from them saying that they are running late or even calling me saying that they could not fulfill my request. NOTHING FROM THEM. Now imagine what is happening now...An outdoor wedding in the middle of no where with NO RESTROOMS!! I have no where for any of my 200 guests to use bathrooms. I am scrambling and I even had to recruit my wedding party to scramble to find someone to deliver a port a potty or anything by Saturday afternoon. Arwood Waste is unprofessional and careless. Since calling them was not working, I have sent an email and to no surprise, I have not heard from them. DO NOT USE THESE FOLKS FOR YOUR EVENTS, YOU WILL BE SORRY!! ***I have just read the reply and of course they would say that. The website that is on my correspondences is the same as what is on my Order form which is the same where I posted this review. I don't have it mixed up with anyone else, ARWOOD WASTE is who I dealt with. And after reading other reviews, this is not the first time you have left folks high and dry. How can a company with horrible customer service still be in business?***

Never delivered restrooms, no response from any customer service. Had to scramble to find port-o-potties to be delivered on the day of my wedding, while guests were arriving. Absolutely awful experience, would never use or recommend to anyone.

Wonderful experience over the phone with Bea. Extremely quick product and services discussion. EXCELLENT price! And fast transaction and turnaround service. I spent hours researching our trash pickup service provider. After being on the phone with five other potentials, AW came on top in price, convenience, and customer service. A delight giving this company a shot... I don't believe there is anyone comparable to them where we now live.

We had a restroom trailer booked for our wedding six months in advance and they cancelled on us two days before delivery. They cancelled because they couldn’t get their trailer insured in time and said they were very sorry about it but there is nothing they can do. They only had one answer on repeat from all their customer service staff and they simply wouldn’t help us with alternative options or anything. It just seemed like they didn’t care. They couldn’t get the paperwork on time even though we booked it six months ahead of time and confirmed several times after that. For them it was just another unhappy customer and the loss was only $2,000 but for use we now have 2 days to figure out alternatives for our wedding. Morally it is very wrong for a business to not think twice about a customer. If you read this just keep it mind that their service may work out great if everything goes well but if they drop the ball, all they say is here is your money back and you’re stuck with an unreliable vendor. Nothing is worse that an unreliable vendor for wedding commitments. If you want peace of mind do not hire them!
