The customer service was great! Answered all my questions and price was good too! We called quite a few different places and no one would service the area that we needed at. They would service the area and was a good price! Thank you!!

Called and left messages with a DIFFERENT company, no answer for days. Finally called Arwood waste and received a prompt answer. SHELBY was friendly and more than willing to help me with what I needed. My roll off dumpster is even being delivered 1 day earlier than expected. Excellent service and communication. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Arwood :-)

I just signed up with Arwood Waste and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a very friendly and courteous sales associate. She explained everything in detail, ensured I understand and made me feel good about choosing Arwood as my curbside waste pickup service. I was surprised at the low cost of services. I would highly encourage anyone to sign up with Arwood.

Sales rep was very hard to understand and got the address wrong even after explaining it to her 3 or 4 times. Had to call back to get the address corrected.

I spoke with Amber on 3/20/19 and I can honestly say she was a delight to work with. She was able to look up all my information from the prior year and confirm all the information in a very timely manor. Outstanding customer service. Amber great work.

If the company standards are as good as my initial contact with Amber, I will be a happy customer. I called in to schedule a delivery and service. Amber was very customer service focused and worked with me. She represented the company in a professional manner, spoke clearly (important to hearing impaired customers) and gave understandable responses to my questions.
Frustrated
They were late delivering my portable toilets for a special event - after multiple calls, no one could answer where they were and when they would arrive. They also were 1 week late picking them up - again , multiple phone calls and no answers... very frustrating!!

Hello, I apologize the unit was late. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Do you have a customer number or invoice number. We would like to research the matter further to find out why the unit was late to your event. Thank You, The Arwood Team.
