Was never informed that Arwood is a 3rd party company and does not supply it's own equipment No wonder their rates were higher. Sit on hold a long time waiting for someone to come on the phone. I did deal with nice and helpful Reps but was never told that they call other companies to provide dumpsters, portable toilets, etc. Not the type of business practices I like dealing with.

Great, timely service; very professional firm.

Leona was an absolute pleasure to work with! She had an issue with her computer, but carried on and got everything processed for me regardless of whatever it was that wasn't working. GREAT customer service!

Very easy to start service.

They was prompt customer service was excellent

Everything was great. Giving 4 stars because I requested a phone call be given to my husband prior to the unit dropping off to ensure that he would be home to receive and direct the team to place the unit and no call was made to him. They simply showed up. Luckily he was home when they arrived, but that is my only issue. Everything else was great.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. My experience was excellent and the sales lady “Chatty” was excellent. Not only very professional but also very easy and enjoyable to talk with.

Website was clear and easy to use, to order new residential service.
