I once had very good experiences with Arwood Waste but recently the customer service that they have offered has been less than favorable. I have had to call several times to leave messages without a return phone call. My issue has yet to be resolved and it has been an issue since August 2019, it is now October 2019. I have even went beyond calling and started using the customer service email under the "contact us" portion of the site and still no response, no corrective action has taken place. I am very disappointed in the services.

This company did not satisfy our agreement. When questioned, both customer service staff AND management got rude. Would not recommend.

Would have given 5 stars, but was informed on the day of delivery that the unit would not be able to be delivered and was asked if the unit could be delivered a few days later? In the end they were able to deliver on the scheduled day, but did cause us to plan for not having it when we originally thought.

So Easy to work with ! I'll start with the obvious..... Best priced!! I called last minute for a port a john . It was for a residential party, over 100 people. They delivered right away, No late booking fee. The port a john was so clean. I have this party every year and will definitely call Arwood again.

We have had a great experience with AW as a new small business account. Our preference is to work with small independent business owners, as ourselves, to create a well balanced working environment.
