ASAP Site ServicesReviews of asapsiteservices.com

Needed a portable toilet quick and most website are just resellers for local places, as is this company. Looking back, I should have looked harder to find a local company, as it is $100 cheaper. My fault for not looking harder. My issue is that it look longer than it should have and when I called the rep transferred me to a voicemail and I didn't get a call back till the next week, after it had already been delivered. Next time I'll just find a local company.

So far so good. I’m renting for about 3 months and it was delivered just when I wanted it

Easy, fast and friendly service. ASAP was able to fulfill my rental order on time!

Very good service with scheduling. Very professional

Wonderful experience, professional service!

This will be the second time I have used Arwood. I didn't have any issues the first time I don't think i will have any this time. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank You.

We've had some issues with communication and billing. However it's been getting better.

Fraudulent billing. They charged double what it would cost by employing the waste service provider they used directly. In addition, after making it clear that they no longer provided for quarterly billing, because they had hard time collecting from non-payers- requiring the whole annual bill up front, they proceeded to send a mo invoice of 20.03 as a “convenience” fee. This was never discussed in their terms or on the phone. It is an obvious attempt to extract money , bait an switch, and probably a tax dodge. Do not use them for residential curb side waste removal
