I purchased 2 black ink cartriges and a set of color cartriges but I am not able to get anything to print in black with either cartrige. The image barely shows up in balck but color documents will print. Not pleased at all and a refund would be nice.

Hello and sorry to hear about the trouble. We did not have any communication from you about this issue prior to this complaint, but we did reach out on March 24 to provide a resolution, as the problem you describe for the models that you have is 95% of the time resolvable following those instructions. Almost three weeks and no cartridges have shown. Loose service will not be ordering from this company anytime soon

We are sorry that you did not receive your parcel. We shipped it on time to the Hawaii address that you provided, but the parcel was returned to us marked by the Post Office as "insufficient address" via tracking # 9274893250802461320140. We have processed a refund.

I have been ordering ink refills for quite awhile now, and most of the time all goes well. But every once in awhile, after I open the package, ink leaks all over my hands - and this does not come off easily. I'm not sure why this happens, but next time I will wear gloves when opening the package.
