Two stars because we actually like their product but are looking at better options for us. I'm trying to fix a small billing issue that if they had a phone number would take a 10-15 min phone call. Instead, I am having to wait on their customer service ticket system which is taking DAYS. I'm at 4 business days and have not received any sort of reply. I'm trying to pay this bill and they are making it extremely difficult. Looking at other solutions with better customer service.

Does not offer refunds. Customer Service is useless. I do not recommend using this service.

I have been using Asana for over a year now. It is a convenient tool for teamwork. In marketing, there are always many chaotic and inconsistent tasks, so such a platform helps us to structure our work. The only thing I don't really like are the constant mail notifications that are by default. Every morning you have to clean your mail from dozens of notifications.

I saw the add on FB and thought it's a great tool for planning. The site is pretty simple and has minimalistic yet pleasant design so I decided to try. I couldn't understand a thing, totally new system for me. Dropped after several attempts. I guess it is useful for specific professions or teams.

I canceled the subscription shortly after paying for one year and guess what - one year later they hit my bank account again for $29.99 and renewal refunds are not allowed. There's no customer service phone number to talk to a real person. Beware!!

Best project management software I've ever used. I have tried many types of project management software such as Trello, Kanbanflow, Monday, and Project.co, Ntask, Taskyphi ... but only when stopping at Asana, I am truly satisfied.

I had an awful (and expensive) experience with Paul Minors - "an Asana accredited Asana expert" when I hired him to help with my setup. I was then put in touch with a couple of people at Asana and they said they would put me in touch with a Zapier expert to help fix Paul's mess. This was about 5 weeks ago and I haven't heard a thing since, despite emailing twice to try and get a response. The thing is, I wouldn't have wasted 1000s of pounds on Paul Minors if he wasn't recommended by Asana in the first place so surely this company also has responsibility here? I used to pay $200 a year for Zapier, but now since Paul's (totally avoidable) behemoth setup, it's ballooned to $1300. And still no accountability or reply from anyone at Asana...

we have recently switched from Trello to Asana and still figuring it out. Yet couple of things are really better and easier, like finding the comments and sharing the tasks. The visual part is more user friendly and intuitive. You don't feel like taking special classes just to start using a software. Thank you
