Want to return a keyboard. Poor return process. Taking days back and forth. Still asking do you need support. Not sure what is their return policy is.

J’ai commandé un écran chez eux et reçu le lendemain. L’écran était bien emballé et semble conforme à la commande. Je n’ai pas eu l’occasion de le tester mais cela semble très bon au déballage. Je reverrai mon avis ultérieurement si nécessaire

Leider wollte ich einen mobilen Programmierbildschirm kaufen und fand diese Firma, die für ihre Produkte wirbt, und es gibt viele Videos auf YouTube, aber Vorsicht, die Qualität entspricht nicht der, die die Firma und die Inhaltsersteller auf YouTube anpreisen. Ich erhielt meine Bestellung so schnell wie möglich, was gut ist, aber leider stellte ich einen Defekt am Bildschirm fest (einen großen weißen Punkt). Ich kontaktierte die Firma, aber leider war die Antwort 5 Dollar für 5 Euro, bis der Rabatt 15 Euro erreichte, damit ich den Bildschirm nicht zurückgebe und ihn behalte!!! Der Bildschirm ist defekt, und dies liegt in der Verantwortung der Firma, nicht in meiner. Die Firma bat um Ersatz, aber die Antwort war: Wenn ich den Bildschirm ersetzen möchte, soll ich ihn auf meine Kosten nach Spanien schicken!!! Daher rate ich zum Kauf bei namhaften Firmen, auch wenn Sie mehr Geld bezahlen sollen.

Fast delivery, easy to use, great quality.

Pros: The brightness and colors are great, as advertised. The high refresh rate makes the viewing experience enjoyable. Build quality seems to be good and the accessories too will withstand the test of time. The display is shockingly light, which is good for a portable display. Cons: The major con is the display panel is not good. there is a lot of backlight glow at the corners, which hampers the experience when using this display in the dark. The display feels very delicate because of how light and thin it is. My Conclusion: I would keep my display as it offers great value for around 100 USD. I also would like to see better portable monitors from Arzopa with better-quality panels in the future. with features like touchscreen, freesync, auto-rotate, and panels with better blacks.
