I ordered more than 30 frames and they all showed up neatly and safely packed. They were beautiful and just what was needed. I then needed one more and unfortunately the glass was broken. They offered many solutions and they gave us a partial refund and we had the glass cut next time we went to town. I am pleased with both the product and the service.
