Frames are great quality at an affordable price. Arrives quickly! This is the third frame I’ve purchased

We’re glad the quality, pricing, and quick delivery keep bringing you back. It means a lot to know this is already your third frame from us. Thanks for your continued support.

Very fair pricing and my order came very fast. Quality was great too!!
Response from ArtToFramesOct 5, 2026
Courtney, we’re glad your order arrived quickly and that you were happy with both the quality and the pricing. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.

Frame arrived broken and plexiglass scratched as well. Upon arrival I realized this frame is very cheaply made and of poor quality. For the price, go elsewhere.
Response from ArtToFramesOct 5, 2026
Maria, we’re sorry the frame arrived broken and the acrylic was scratched. The package was damaged in transit, and we completely understand your decision to request a refund. Your full refund was processed on September 24. If there’s anything still unresolved, please email your order number to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help.

The frame arrived, and I truly love the idea and the craftsmanship. I was excited to hang it, but the corner wedges were missing, even after we searched through the packaging several times.I emailed customer service on Sunday, and the Wednesday reply simply asked for photos of everything we received. When I called, I was told the same thing again. I had hoped for an apology and reassurance that the missing pieces were already being sent, but that didn’t happen. My husband became frustrated and decided to find a solution himself. I was really looking forward to trying more of this company’s products since we have additional framing needs, but the customer service experience unfortunately fell short

We’re glad you loved the frame and its craftsmanship, but we’re sorry the missing corner wedges and the way your request was handled took away from the experience. We should have made the next steps clearer rather than leaving you feeling like you had to solve the problem yourself. If this still hasn’t been resolved, please email your order number to [email protected] so we can review the case and help get it taken care of.

I like that you submit your art dimension then determine the mat border you prefer and the frame dimensions are calculated for you. That's simpler than working from the frame size back to your art dimensions.
Response from ArtToFramesOct 5, 2026
Chuck, we’re glad you found the ordering process straightforward, especially being able to start with your artwork dimensions and choose the mat border from there. Thanks for pointing out what worked well for you.

The picture kept falling down on the frame. After having to adjust it a second time, I taped the picture to the matting but then half of the metal tabs fell off when I tried to push them up and down again. Feels very poorly made for such an expensive frame. UPDATE: I sent them photos in response to their message, and at first they offered me a store credit for 50% of my order price, not a replacement or a refund as they suggested in their public comment. When I said a store credit was useless, as I wasn’t planning on ordering from here again, they offered a replacement frame instead, which I’ve accepted. I may update my review again if this frame lasts longer this time.

We’re sorry you were disappointed with the frame. We weren’t able to find any prior contact with our customer service team regarding this issue, so we unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to address it before the review was posted. We stand behind our products and have reached out to you directly. If you still have the frame, please send us photos showing the issue and we’ll be happy to review them and arrange the appropriate resolution, whether that’s a replacement or refund.

Horrible. The sizing was off and I have been trying to get a hold of someone from this company for 1 week but every single time, the call goes to automated voice which records a message but no one returns the call
Response from ArtToFramesOct 5, 2026
We’re sorry you haven’t received a response as quickly as you should have. Our customer service team has been running a bit behind following the recent holiday closures, but your message hasn’t been overlooked. A member of our team will be following up with you directly today to review the sizing concern and help get this addressed.

I've used them for several projects. The website is user friendly. They produce quality work. I had an issue with shipping damage and they took care of it, no hassle. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Josh, we really appreciate you choosing us for several projects. We’re glad the website has been easy to use and that our team was able to take care of the shipping damage when you needed help. Thanks for continuing to trust us with your framing.
