We purchased an original art piece by Hunt Slonem. Expensive. Antique frame. The piece was shipped FedEx in bubble wrap and a cardboard box. It was not crated as any expensive, original art piece with an antique frame should be shipped. Of course the frame arrived badly damaged. Thankfully the art itself was ok. I contacted Artsy.net who replied quickly that they were there to assist. Through several back and forth conversations, Artsy.net facilitated an acceptable compromise between us and the gallery. Artsy.net stands behind their promise. I will buy through Artsy.net again. I will not by art from this gallery however.
