After purchasing a new device (mobile phone), I discovered that the Artsy App.,whilst still installed,required new login information. I couldn’t login. I contacted Artsy directly by email to seek advice & they replied within the following 12 hours.I was advised to delete the App.& reinstall the updated version. I was then able to access Artsy immediately.

I couldn’t quite understand how to unsubscribe to the updates, newsletters, etc. So instead of wasting a lot of time fiddling around, I sent an e-mail to the Artsy support team asking them for assistance. In a reasonable time later, they came back to me and confirmed that I would no longer receive anymore e-mails from them, meaning the multi recipient type. This is not the first time I’ve experienced excellent and efficient support. They’re far from afraid to do an extra step out of their way for client satisfaction purposes. I make it a point to praise them here as this has, unfortunately become a rare quality. Well done!
