I had a long term problem regarding an image of my art, which was not representative of my work. It kept coming up in the search engines when I searched for my page on Artsy. The color was wrong. It had been photographed by someone else.... The Artsy representative was very helpful. She understood, and she and her team worked to find where the source of the problem was. She was patient with me, and they were able to find and delete the image, and resolve the problem.

I think that Artsy Is a wonderful platform for galleries to sell online. A personal assistant guided us during setup and still verify that everything Is fine.
