The photograph arrived beautifully protected and in perfect shape. Next time, it would help to say what size the package is. I had it delivered to Walgreens and they were not allowed to help me and it was VERY BIG!

Everything has been deployed as promised. Thank you for the great support.

Claudia was awesome and patient for my first art purchase.

Efficient, speedy,

I follow the artist - Juliette Vaissiere, and came across Harsh Collective on Artsy where they had several of her pieces on exibit online. The Artsy platform features lots of great art, and if you can't visit personally, their website is very accessible, has a wide range of artists, and is fully e-commerce enabled, so it was super easy to purchase online. The service was great from Harsh Collective, they packed up the painting with great care - it was enclosed in a very secure and padded box. It was expedient, they shipped it right away. And they used Fed-ex with signature required, which ensured that the package wasn't put at risk. I will feel very comfortable purchasing from them again. Recommended!

Great communication, fantastic follow up, good packaging and great delivery

Hospitality, people, service.

The insistence of the protection team on helping. On not letting me stay with a confusing experience. On understanding my questions fully and making things right. When they say protection, they mean it. Thank you!
