I made a great experience with Artsy. The delivery is fast and the paying process was without any problems or a weird feeling. Sadly the print I ordered arrived damaged due to an unpacking mistake by ? (customs maybe) but was delivered anyway. I wrote the Support about my problem and there were really understanding. I got a replacement without any problems or doubts. My experiences with other customer supports was really bad to this point and I always felt like my problem were something I had to deal by myself. This was the first time I had contact with the same person along the whole process. The answers were faster then I expect from a customer support. From my experience I can recommend Artsy to anyone who is interested in buying art.

I bought a drawing from Artsy from a gallery in London (I'm in New York). The Artsy app made the process very seamless—I was able to find the work, make an offer on it, chat with the gallery, and choose a shipping option very easily. Just about a week after the purchase was finalized, the work arrived at my home! Such a joy to be able to connect with a reputable gallery and purchase a cool, original artwork, entirely online!

I discovered a work of art by a Norwegian artist through the Artsy curation. I bought the work in one click and it arrived a week later, no stress. The gallery contacted me with some great info about the artist including magazines she had been featured in (translated to English). Artsy automatically created a personal collection profile for me with this and other artworks I've purchased so I can track my art works provenance, news alerts, auction results, etc.

The process could not have been simpler or more transparent. Customer support reached out to me regularly to make sure that I had heard back from the gallery I'd ordered from and that I'd gotten the tracking information I needed.
