The Art of Living Foundation: USAReviews of artofliving.org

Sudarshan Kriya gives me the energy, strength and the will to go through the ups and downs the day presents. Thank you to Guruji and the Art of Living Foundation for giving me the tools to live a happier life. Jai Gurudev!

The SKY Breath Meditation course was truly inspiring! I spent three days with a small group of amazing people, who were open and vulnerable enough to share their experiences. I learned the basics of Pranayama, the general principles behind it and also the Sudarshan Kriya meditation method. We were also given access to the Art of Living App, where we can find guided Pranayama, SKY Breath Meditation and so much more! My course was led by Ashwani Dahll and Nikitha Ananthula, two amazing instructors. They really put in the work to provide a good experience - they are light, empathic, fun and will make you comfortable within a few minutes. The Art of Living with a smile in out faces is a journey, and the SKY course is a step towards a happier, more fulfilling future!

It is nicely structured 3 days program Teacher is good to facilitate the progress and keep getting things done

It was great! The instructors were kind and knowledgeable.

I was very hesitant to sign up because I am a single income in a double income world but after doing the weekend course I am elated. I am so glad that I experienced the sky breath. the facilitators were amazing and encouraged us along the whole way. I had a smile on my face through the whole course and extremely happy that they help you start your practice with continued help and practice groups to get going and be accountable. I’ve always struggled to meditate and this has made it so much easier. I am excited to do this breath work and meditation every day. Thank you

I attended the Art of Living workshop for Yoga. But eventually it is life transforming. After Sudarshan Kriya, I felt so light and relieved. It felt like such an amazing state. Over the years I have noticed a remarkable difference in my ability to face hardships and my capacity for joy and peace.

Going through this 3 days worshop sky breathing was completely worthy. the course defenitely helped me to learn contions breathing through my nose. Every time I practice sky breathing I now feel more relax and my mind feels more clear.

I cannot say enough positive words about the course. I cannot wait to share with everyone I know.
