Swan Pilates is two Studios in One: A Physical Studio with the full complement of Pilates Machines and a Live Virtual Studio via Zoom Video Conferencing Technology. Both Studios offer One to One Sessions and Small Groups Sessions. Our point of difference, a difference you will recognize with your very first visit, is the quality and expertise of our teachers -- all with years of dedicated teaching experience .You don't need to know anything about the work to benefit from it. No one is too old, too fat, too thin, to out of shape, too anything. The work benefits men as well as women. When I frist went thought i was to old.But I love it.harder the better for me.you just know what my body can do.love my classes.wish I could come every day.But I have to work.Best classes i have ever done.Thank you .you are amazing. Xx

I am a new Pilates student
I am a new Pilates student, and have been going to Swan Pilates for a few months. I have really been enjoying my time, and all of the instructors. This is a fantastic place, and my body feels amazing.

The instructors are top notch
The instructors are top notch, I get personal attention and a great work out each time. Every time is new and different. As someone who doesn't like to exercise, I finally found a place that I'm happy to go to, and the experience is always great.

Swan Pilates is a game changer
Swan Pilates is a game changer I am 78 and had a stroke 2 yrs ago and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s recently. Swan has helped me rehab a great deal and besides it is FUN. The instructors are uniformly great. I first used the studio to increase my flexibility and general well-being. It has become a useful and effective habit. Paul S

Swan Pilates is great!
Swan Pilates is great. The studio and staff have worked diligently through the pandemic to offer in studio sessions as well as virtual sessions. Susan and her staff have been very adaptable and resourceful. The studio is clean and they have new equipment which is great. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Everyone pays close attention to how you are feeling and adjust the classes to focus on your particular needs for the day. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
