This is the best place for me for vacation, I really love being here again and again , it is surmounted by beautiful hills , trees. It’s feels so amazing to be here , health and wellness retreat organized here has transformed my life, it is very holistic All the staffs are very helpful. The meals prepared by them is so delicious, healthy & Ayurvedic .Being a Spa here is so amazing 🤩.

The Sahaj samadhi meditation offered by Art of Living is very simple yet powerful. You get your own personal mantra during this workshop that you can then practice regularly. It is great relaxation technique that you can practice daily Silence retreat is where you go into silence and stay in silence for 3-4 days. This is deep relaxation with many meditations done through the sessions. You can do this from the comfort of your homes making your own in-home retreat. Good to do this 2 times a year

I attended the Art of Living Silence program recently. My last two years had been hectic as I co-founded the startup during Covid-19 times. Setting up the company, hiring and assimilating the new team members, building the product, and increasing the new customers remotely while balancing the family demands can be very stressful. I needed something to find balance in my day-to-day life. The Art of Living Silence program provided me with much-needed rest, rejuvenation, and techniques to deal with stress. The meditations were profound and the teachers and mentors took good care of us during the meditation program.
