Order was shipped very late and there was no response to numerous queries.

Packaging of products was not good. For paying over a hundred dollars for hand sanitizer and the packaging was poorly done and having bottles leaking from the packaging was quite frustrating and when contacting the company never got a response. Will not recommend or order from again.

I love the essential oil’s from art naturals, but I’m am truly disappointed in their customers service. I purchased a Top 16 set, to gift to a friend, when it arrived it was soaked in oil, after opening the box because there was no way I could gift it to anyone 2 oils had leaked all though to the outside of the box, some of the labels had detached from the bottles. I reach out to the company as maybe they would help me replace my box but to no avail. I was actually treated very rudely and the Representative actually all but accused me of trying to cheat the company. Due to that face , I would find another essential oil vender , as there are plenty others out there that if you do encounter a problem you would be treated with respect.

Horrible experience. During the pandemic when all the stores were out of hand sanitizer I decided to buy two big bottles online with artnaturals. I only received one bottle but it was damaged and half empty. Tried to look for a phone number to call them. Nothing. Emailed them several times, no response until months later and never received my refund for the second bottle. I feel like they took advantage of people during the pandemic. I won’t be buying their products anymore.

We ordered 12 bottles of _unscented_ hand sanitizer due to health sensitivities, but we received lavender scented bottles. We contacted customer service via email to exchange/return, but received zero response. We ended up donating all the bottles as we couldn’t use them. So not sure if this place scams customers.

Took forever to ship the order. Products are expensive and useless

The product is good. But couldn't reach customer service. No one answered phones.

I ordered 4bottles of hand sanitizer and only received 3. Tried to contact them but unable. Call their phone number, no answer. Recording states you cannot leave message. Tried emailing. Email comes back as undeliverable. Tried this numerous times. Tried messaging on Facebook. No response. Stay away from this scam company.
