It took almost 3 months to receive a product I no longer needed! And the only reason I got the product is because of my endless attempts to receive what I paid for before getting the product. Customer service was called and was unhelpful in any manner. At one point they sent an email basically saying once they’ve sent the product out it’s no longer their problem. I asked for a refund and the lm they decided to send the product out and received it with a week. So the first product never came and was never found so 3 months later I received the new one sent. I said I’d never buy from ArtNaturals again. Neither online nor in store!

Extremely overpriced

I found out in an article the hand sanitizer I had bought early in the pandemic was full of carcinogens.

Your company gouged people with a very high price for this item. I've seen that the price of this product is now reasonable but I won't be buying any.

Terrible customer service. I never received my order. I sent a message and never got a reply. Would not recommend and will never consider buying again

The order was late and when it arrived the product had an absolutely disgusting odor. It liquid burned when you put it on your hands. Terrible customer service.

Great product — nicely scented and very effective. Good customer service.
