Worst experience ever! Poor customer service and response, didn’t refund me after not receiving product

Purchased large quantities of hand sanitizer that turned out to contain the carcinogen benzene in amounts that exceed FDA levels. I sent 2 emails to Art Naturals asking for their response to the allegations raised in Vailsure’s petition to the FDA and the March 31, 2021 Bloomberg article “Carcinogen Found in Hand Sanitizers That Plugged COVID Gap” without response. And they still sell this product.

Why you sent me a request to review from an order over a year ago that went terribly wrong is beyond me. But, since you ask, here goes. I ordered 2 gallons of hand sanitizer for work because it was “in stock”. It was not I found days later and asked for a refund. Response came that refund was processed. It was not and the sanitizer showed up. Absolutely terrible product. One gallon was gel, the other liquid. Smells so bad I have been using it to clean things in my shed or patio. I know, it was 2020, but I could have ordered from someone who actually did have the product in stock while waiting the month for yours to be sorted out. Plus you had no idea how to fulfill the orders and shouldn’t have tried until you were ready.
