Last year, at the beginnings of the pandemic, I ordered some essential oils and hand sanitizer. Hand sanitizer never came, refund never given. No response to emails. I don’t care anymore, but I also wouldn’t recommend them to others. In fact, I’d advise against it.

Terrible. Worst Company. When I contacted you about a refund regarding a report that your product was poisoned and could burning your hands, you never answered. Terrible customer service Will NEVER recommended buying anything from your company

Order was never shipped. It took 6 months to get a refund. Idk if my order just got overlooked or fell into a bulk, but it wasn't a good experience. Maybe this is just an anomaly and everyone else has a good experience.

Excuses only go so far when a merchant cannot ship an item on time. Artnaturals cured me of ever wanting to shop with them again!

Your under 2 different names, you don't answer your voicemails, and you never answer your phones. I returned product, that I never got reimbursed for. I'm not the only consumer, my dear friend made purchases as well and never heard back from your company. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY
