The whole process was smooth. You get a box with directions, Mail it in and then get updated emails at what stage your project is in. I loves being updated and was blown away by the final result. The quality is fantastic.

When my free shipping expired, I asked for a new one and I received it without any hesitation. When I had questions, they were answered within 1-2 days (sometimes the same day). I could totally do this myself, but I also know that I will absolutely never get around to it and it wouldn't look nearly as nice. The kids loved going through their stacks of artwork to pick out the pieces they wanted to include, and it's a lovely book to highlight the early creative years of their lives without losing track of originals that I don't have space to display. The quality, service and experience are well worth the money!
