Artizan JoyeriaReviews of artizanjoyeria.com

Artisan responded immediately to my concern which was more than helpful because I was leaving on a two week vacation and I wanted to get the ball rolling.

Nice purchase experience, nice product. Using "Shop" at checkout provides peace of mind.

Terrible customer service and poor quality jewelry. After wearing my necklace a handful of time the clasp broke. This company did nothing but offer be a 10% discount on a future purchase. I will never and would never order from Artizan Joyeria again and I would never recommend anyone to purchase from this company. They refused to replace or refund me in any way staying they are a small company and I was out of my 75 day refund period. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

Fantastic style, high quality pieces, fast shipping, outstanding experience! I placed this order for four bangles very late on a Tuesday and received them on that Saturday. 4 days with the standard, free shipping! I also have the edgy hole ring. Love that their items are shipped from within the US, so no worries about customs or the lengthy shipping process. I'm officially in love!!

Got what we expected and more!

They ship fast. The packaging of the jewelry is beautiful. The jewelry itself is lovely. The bracelet is my favorite and I wear it 24/7. The ring has a simple elegance.

Great quality! I could wear each necklace separate as well as two or three at a time. Received many compliments. I highly recommend. Plus timely delivery.

The process of my order was quick. The quality is excellent and the presentation too. I'm a very satisfy customer and I recommend it 100%
