Great customer service!

They were great to work with. Wonderful quality.

High quality products and even better customer service. When the delivery was missing, they offered to re-make my order. Luckily my package was located 2 blocks away by my mailman. Very nice hardware, exceeded my expectations.

Very high quality products and the customer service is super helpful answering questions.

Web site was easy to order from. Door was delivered on my driveway without signature (which was good). I called AH to verify that I received it and let them know it looked beautiful and to verify the contents/hardware. Have not installed yet, but I don't anticipate any problems (because I won't be the one installing it).

Good sturdy and well made

I loved the door, high quality wood and awesome design. Only they could have done the notch on the handle

I installed my first set of bi-pass doors this weekend. I have installed somewhere around 25 doors in the past, but none of the bi-pass variety. The hardware is a bit more complex and time-consuming, but certainly within the capability of the average weekend warrior. It's nice now to know that tight spaces like closet doors can get barn doors now too. And if you catch a sale, the price is quite manageable. I got my hardware during one of the 40% off sales. Next up: a ceiling mount. That looks complex but we'll see. I remain impressed with the quality and consistency of this hardware.
