I lover your products however your website is pretty bad form earlier today not being able to use about half the links( you would click and it would just refresh the page you were on) to almost None of your product having real descriptions if I didn’t need your product so bad I wouldn’t have shopped with you. honestly it led to a bad miss order due to the fact that different rails and brackets go together but none of them are labeled well enough to get the right thing... over half of what I ordered didn’t work because of the limited specs available. I will say what you have is good quality but getting what you need is Very difficult!

Sales staff very helpful and when there was a parts shortage in shipment they responded immediately and I had the missing parts the next day as promised! All parts fitted together without any problem! I think better instructions and definitely som dimensional drawings would help, especially for a novice!

Artisan Hardware was extremely helpful with my custom project, I could not be more happy with this Company. I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I already have sent two friends there way!

Love the customer service and quality of the products! Before you buy anything... call them. Both people I talked to were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. So thrilled to have found this company and will be buying more hardware for our other rooms.

My door just came yesterday. It was well worth the wait. It's so beautiful!

The barn door hardware I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as pictured. It is sturdy, looks great and functions perfectly. Actually, one wheel did seem to click as it turned, but Artisan Hardware sent us a replacement -- no questions asked. Great company, great products, great customer service.
