hard to schedule on the first place
hard to schedule on the first place did work and left all plastic trims all over yard and close to pool and with wind they ended up IN the pool...

2 day job turned into a few weeks job
2 day job turned into a few weeks job. We decided we had enough after several attempts to meet in person for a walkthrough to discuss concerns were ignored or appointments not met by company rep. We finally eventually got a call from someone senior in the company who sincerely seemed concerned but we've had enough and ultimately simply had one final request: forget the final walkthrough and sign-offs of work and simply remove the rocks left in neighbor's yard and let's part ways.

Did a thorough job
Did a thorough job. Addressed all necessary sprinkler adjustments, offered re-tightening after season changes. Fair price ( we did get other bids).

Ricardo was great
Ricardo was great. He answered all my questions and wasn’t too pushy about the sale. Overall the work was good. I’m docking two stars cause they brought in extra rock when I put in artificial turf, but it was gray and the rest of my rock brown. I still need to figure out how to correct the error. I’m still a little annoyed no one brought it to my attention.

Unprofessional company
Unprofessional. Shoddy work done. Had to come back to fix, and still don’t fix it correctly.
