The grass looks real and nice. Just a couple of items that that you should be aware of. 1. The edges were not sealed well to prevent weeds from sprouting up. 2. I was told at installation that they would be back at some point in time to apply another coat of white sand. I have never heard from the installers since the original install date. Bart

My pavers were done beautifully but my grass had big flat spots in it and he said they would come out in a few days. It didn’t, so I tried to contact them by phone and email for several weeks and never heard back from them. It has been two years ago and I still have the spots in my grass.

Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

I hate to see my self giving them a 3start but I had no choice but to do that Through to to many times trying to call the. No response whatsoever to see if they can warranty my grass So happy I sold the house and I don’t have to deal with chasing them through the phone even though the owner was extremely nice and he said he will stand behind his works .

In only few months after installation the artificial grass got "burnt' in places and now walking on it is not possible, in fact it can hurt children's feet

Everything went well until after the installation. Called a few times to get someone out regarding a few concerns, but no response. We paid cash...maybe that was not the best way to go!!!!!! Otherwise, very nice. Great product.

We're about 75% satisfied. Turf was laid in too many pieces and the largest section has ripples. We wish they had laid it in 2 sections as promised. And we'd really like them to fix the ripples. We did call them back out but were met with a lot of excuses.

Thanks for your Review Denny, When we order grass for a project we order what is needed. Because Artificial turf is expensive we give the homeowners the option to pay for the difference in grass for lesser pieces or pay for the exact size you need and then we will have to cut and seam to make it fit in turn making for more seams. We would be more than happy to address the ripples, Ripples are common with artificial grass as the material will expand and contract with the weather.
