Workers from Artificial Grass Masters, who installed the artificial grass in my back yard failed to ensure adequate water supply would continue to flow to four Queen Palm trees located within the turf area installed around them causing three of them to die off. An added expense is now required to remove a portion of the grass area and run an adequate water line to those Palms. I would not recommend using Artificial Grass Masters to anyone.

We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime 😟

The review template describes a 2-star experience as, "an inadequate experience with a lot of friction." While the final product now looks good and I'm happy with my decision to get artificial turf, my experience was memorably poor. The short version is that the turf was installed over an extremely lumpy foundation which had not been leveled or smoothed over. The turf appeared to be flat on the surface, but when you would walk on it, you could have easily rolled an ankle due to many 2-4" peaks and valleys underneath the turf. Tools were also left behind by the crew which tells me they were looking to get out of there quickly. The matter was only made worse by the sales person. He texted me that night asking how it went and to collect payment. When I mentioned the lumps, he immediately went into a text-rant about how the yard was perfect and how I was being unreasonable. He then went on to tell me about just how hard he had worked on this project and that I should be satisfied with the result. After he sobered up the next day, (I could only hope he had been drinking. What sober person would respond that way to a concerned customer?) he agreed to come to my house. He apologized for his behavior but only because he realized it could be his job if I reported it (I chose not to, I just wanted my yard fixed). He walked on the turf and agreed that you indeed could roll and ankle in many spots around the yard. The team was then rescheduled to revisit my house. Now, the yard is very nice and I like the product. I paid in full immediately after the job was finished. If the foreman in charge would have inspected the work, or the salesperson would not have been blatantly confrontational, I would have reviewed my experience much higher.

We never got a call back from them. I called asking to follow up on an estimate we’d been given with the intent of scheduling them. The girl took my name, number, and email and I never heard anything after that. We decided to go elsewhere since they did not want our business.

Artificial grass was installed in January 2015, not quite 5 years ago and grass is starting to show wear and tear. The installers stated it would last 10 years. Grass has been hardly walked on.

Salesman never returned my call to answer my questions. Which I found interesting because my message said I was ready to put down payment down but I had a few questions. Several days later office returned my call but I had already moved on. TOO BAD.

Horrible attention to detail and couldn't get the simplest things right.

Grass looked great when installed. Two weeks later it had ripples running the entire length. We had problems getting anyone to call us back. After approximately a month we finally got someone to come and look at it. It was fixed and now looks great, but was not at all happy with the customer service.
