Grass did not last 2 years. I had to do all over again with another company. They do not honor their warranty

Thank you Tom for your review. As I recall we worked really hard on your behalf to get the claim resolved with the manufacture and you were awarded your grass but because you didn't have the extended warranty the manufacture doesn't cover labor. I understand that you must feel like we are not honoring our warranty but we have done everything we said we would have done. Had the extended warranty been secured the replacement would have been completed no questions asked. We advised you of the Extended warranty upon completion of the project and you opted out.
