I recently ordered several wedding photo books and they turned out well. So I was surprised when the photo ornament I ordered arrived damaged and of poor quality. When it arrived, the wood was warped to the point where the glue wasn't sticking anymore, so the glass and photo were basically sliding all over and were at risk of falling out and shattering. I wouldn't be able to hang it on the tree or use it. The photo was also a low-quality print, and quite dark. I contacted customer service hoping they could allow for a return / full refund, but the rep ignored my comment about the frame being warped and only responded to the photo quality, saying it was just the difference between looking at photos on a backlit screen vs. printed (not true, by the way, as I've had this same photo printed by both this company in the photo books and from another company - looked fine elsewhere). The customer service rep was unable to provide a refund, and only gave me the option to reorder it. I appreciated the effort, but I don't trust the quality so I'm not interested in reordering. If you ship damaged goods, there should always be an option to refund. Based on the customer service alone, I would not take my business here again. So just be warned if you do spend money here, you won't see it back if something goes wrong.

Just ordered so can't speak to the quality, but they absolutely RINSE you with the tax and shipping AFTER you pour the time into creating the book. Big banner said order by Dec 16th for Christmas delivery on standard shipping, but at checkout, this was not the case either. Easy to make photo books with this tool (nice layouts, good editing options), but they need to be more transparent about costs upfront.

I have been waiting for weeks for an order placed on May 19. It has been stuck in production. When I reached out they claimed the first print was messed up, so they had to reprint it. They have not given an update on when I can expect this order. After waiting for another week or so, I asked for the order to be canceled and refunded. They told me they could not offer a full refund and only 50% or a 50% credit towards another order. Which...no thanks.

I ordered an album for my son’s 18th birthday with weeks of lead time to make sure it would be ready. The albums arrived without a title and a week late! Yes the quality was great but that was a big disappointment as it was a surprise I was so eager to make. They did answer my email and decided to send me my order again, corrected, free of charge which was the right thing to do so thumbs up on customer service. Unfortunately, they sent the order automatically without checking with me for a date and it arrived (and got returned to them) while I was on vacation. I did catch that and asked them to hold the order until I got back and they said they cannot do that. It’s a shame to see properly handled customer service ruined by bad managerial work.

I ordered a wedding guest sign in book ($300) and it arrived with an ink splat on one of the pages. Other than that, the book is beautiful. I sent them a message about it and they were very prompt to respond and told me they would send me a new one. I told them I needed it by the wedding. It arrived days after the wedding, so we had to use the defective one. I was really disappointed.

I'm kicking myself for not checking the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing bc it seems many folks are having the same problems. My book (which I spent hours putting together as a valentine's gift for my fiance) arrived today and I'm shocked at how poor the quality and assembly is. The sides are leaking glue, the dust jacket was crooked and improperly assembled, and the print quality of the photos is extremely low. I'm thanking my lucky stars that my fiance is not the sort to get picky about these sorts of things but as an artist and designer, crooked margins and grainy photos make me *nuts.* For $80+ I expected a lot more. Don't fall for the sophisticated branding and the "we're trying to bring back the era of high quality print photos" nonsense. I give their marketing team 10/10...I was left feeling completely scammed.
