I received my photo book today and the pictures look as though I printed them on my home printer on slightly heavier laser printer paper. The "linen" book cover is fine, but the binding is stitched very poorly and I expect the pages to tear after a few look-throughs. Definitely not worth anything near what they charge. I expected a book with lovely, coffee-table book quality and got something I could have made at home. So disappointing.

The company did not meet the completion time they provided. Didn't communicate to me that it wasn't going to be done in time. Then said it's not our problem, it will deliver when it can. We cannot expedite the order or do anything about it. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Couldn't provide me with an explanation as to why it was delayed. POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!! Do not use this company

I've seen so many ads for this company and assumed it would be a trusted printer. The photos look nothing like the original. The solution was for me to use their editor tool to brighten the photo. But the fact that I cant know if I've brightened the photo enough to print correctly, makes this an unhelpful solution. If the colors on the screen don't match the print how can I expect to edit them to an acceptable print version. My professional wedding pictures came out with heavy contrast and crushed blacks, dimmed photos, incorrect skin tones, and vignettes around photo edges. This is unacceptable and the only solution was to offer a coupon code to create another book...so I can have two photo books I cannot display because of this printing discrepancy. I assumed the bare minimum of a photo printing company was to accurately print pictures, otherwise what is the point. Very mediocre printing and customer service.

DO NOT order any books from this company. I opted for their most expensive flatlay option for my wedding photos. Costing over $1k. All the pictures came out blurry even though previews of the project were all high resolution professional quality pics. The customer service tries to rectify the horrible quality by giving you a promo code for a future purchase and refuse to give a refund. The give BS responses about the photos printed as intended but there was no alerts or flags before submitting the project that photos are "low resolution". They are theives!

3rd and final purchase. For the record, the final product I received in the past was nice, hence my reorders. Unfortunately their website can be tricky depending on what you want. Last year I struggled with my order and in the end received it after Christmas. Again this year, same issue as last year. The customer support chat is lame. My question was not answered properly. So, I tried calling. No phone of course. So, I tried emailing which sounds slow but their site says they respond quickly. I still have not received a response weeks later. I did however get an email from the chat lady asking why I gave her a bd review. Unacceptable. Last purchase… and my order is late, no surprise. They are trying but tried to save money at the expense of their customers holiday gifts.

Atrocious Quality from Artifact Uprising We received Christmas Cards that were smudged, bleeding, crumpled, and barely readable. Clearly nobody glanced at them before tossing them in the box, or they would have run them again. Or perhaps they did and didn't care. I strongly recommend staying away from this sham of a printing company.

This was my first and last order with Artifact Uprising. I placed this order solely because the website guaranteed delivery by Christmas Eve if ordered before the stated deadline. That guarantee was the only reason I purchased this item. Had I known it would arrive after Christmas, I would never have ordered it. I proactively contacted customer service on 12/17 and 12/18 to confirm the delivery timeline and received nothing more than one-line responses assuring me the ETA was unchanged. On 12/22, after still receiving no tracking number, I was initially told my order would be expedited to ensure timely delivery. Later that same day, I was informed the exact opposite—that the order was delayed and had missed the last shipping pickup due to production issues. Despite being told the order was being expedited, the delivery estimate shifted from 12/24 to 12/29. A Christmas gift that arrives after Christmas is not a Christmas gift. My parents are leaving, and I won’t even be able to give them the present I specifically ordered for this occasion. Refunding shipping or offering a promo code is meaningless when the value of the purchase depended entirely on receiving it on time. This feels like deceptive advertising—promising holiday delivery, offering reassurance when asked directly, then quietly missing the deadline and walking it back after the fact. If you are ordering a time-sensitive or meaningful gift, do not trust Artifact Uprising’s deadlines or customer service assurances. This experience completely ruined what was meant to be a meaningful Christmas present

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered December 3rd. It’s December 23rd, no tracking number, no update, NOTHING. I have not received my $350 order and no one has followed up with me after 5+ emails. Ruined Christmas this year as this was my big gift for my significant other. I spent 30 hour crafting this gift for this horrible company to go MIA. Do not trust this company. No way to call or speak to a customer service rep.
