While I’m sure the photo book will be beautiful, they charged another $30 to ship when it was already $359 for 2 albums. Very pricey…

I’m very picky when it comes to details and had a specific vision for how I wanted our album to look, but Liz and her team absolutely delivered. They listened to everything I wanted, were patient throughout the process, and brought the entire design together beautifully. Every detail felt intentional, polished, and true to us. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and truly appreciate the care they put into creating something we’ll have forever.

I received my photo book today and the pictures look as though I printed them on my home printer on slightly heavier laser printer paper. The "linen" book cover is fine, but the binding is stitched very poorly and I expect the pages to tear after a few look-throughs. Definitely not worth anything near what they charge. I expected a book with lovely, coffee-table book quality and got something I could have made at home. So disappointing.

The company did not meet the completion time they provided. Didn't communicate to me that it wasn't going to be done in time. Then said it's not our problem, it will deliver when it can. We cannot expedite the order or do anything about it. You can't speak to anyone on the phone. Couldn't provide me with an explanation as to why it was delayed. POOR SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!!! Do not use this company

I can't express the level of outstanding customer support I've received. My photo album has been delivered to my office whilst I was on holiday. Upon my return reception and office manager could not locate my package anywhere. Needless to say I was hearbroken. They issued a replacement at no cost, I'm simply amazed. It's very rare to find companies with such an outstanding customer support today.

I've seen so many ads for this company and assumed it would be a trusted printer. The photos look nothing like the original. The solution was for me to use their editor tool to brighten the photo. But the fact that I cant know if I've brightened the photo enough to print correctly, makes this an unhelpful solution. If the colors on the screen don't match the print how can I expect to edit them to an acceptable print version. My professional wedding pictures came out with heavy contrast and crushed blacks, dimmed photos, incorrect skin tones, and vignettes around photo edges. This is unacceptable and the only solution was to offer a coupon code to create another book...so I can have two photo books I cannot display because of this printing discrepancy. I assumed the bare minimum of a photo printing company was to accurately print pictures, otherwise what is the point. Very mediocre printing and customer service.

Maria did a wonderful job curating our wedding album with such thoughtfulness and detail and was very responsive to feedback!

Amazing experience! I did the design services and can't thank my designer Maria enough. She was able to tell the story of my wedding without even being there! I really appreciated the timeliness as well, I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know!
