I was a bit overwhelmed as I was trying to do six albums at once but the creative team walked me through each step. They offered suggestions, listened to and incorporated my ideas and were very responsive and patient with me. The end results were beyond my expectations- so beautifully designed and executed. I can’t wait to create another book with them!

Your entire system is very well run. Sarah, the Acct Mgr, contacted me within a day and my friend had suggested I use the design services which I'm very glad I did. I knew which photos I wanted for our book and the in-laws book, but I needed help with placement and sizing. Lauren made it so easy, she had great ideas and was very accommodating with my requested changes. Overall, great experience!!!

I have been using Artifact Uprising for quite some time now and I have to say they are a wonderful company to purchase from. I have had a wonderful client experience each time with them. When we moved and lost our pieces to our calendar I sent an email explaining we lost them during the moving process. There was no hesitation from their part to help me and with no questions asked they sent over the pieces I needed. They just arrived in the mail today and I'm extremely impressed with the urgency and importance they take their business. I am a happy customer and will continue to shop here for years to come to continue collecting beautiful moments of my family.

I went with Artifact Uprising for my wedding album. My photographer was going to charge upwards of $1,000 for an album, which was a bit too pricey in my opinion. I wanted an album that was much more elegant than Shutterfly (no offense I love their photo books but they are not quite the quality for my wedding photos). I decided to try Artifact Uprising and I am sooooo happy with my purchase. The linen cover with the gold print is very elegant and professional looking. The pages are thick and the photo quality is great. I want to be clear that I am 100% happy with my wedding album, but I will say a few things that I do think need improvement. First, the album covers are limited in design. You either have to choose on of their designs, or you can do a plain text with words. Second, I really wanted a black cover as our wedding colors were black/white/gold and they did not offer black. We went with navy blue, which matches our decor, but I think they should offer black. I also wish that some of the photo sizes were a bit more customizable. If you want two portrait photos on a page, you have just a few options. I would have liked to have a bit larger photos but still on one page. All that said, those are minor things that I'm sure they are working on. I had a bad day this week and my husband pulled out our wedding album and after we looked through it my problems dissolved and I'm so happy we have a beautiful album!
