I placed an order with an expected shipping date 10 days out. I was immediately charged the date of the order, on my credit card. The expected date came and went with no contact. I contacted them and c.s. got back to me quickly to apologize and say the order was delayed with no expected shipping date. It did arrive 2 weeks later. In the meantime I paid the charge card bill weeks before receiving the goods. This may not be acceptable for most people and made me uncomfortable. Most companies don't charge you until they ship you the merchandise.
