I am sad to write this review because I think this site has really interesting and fun clothes. But I am still waiting for two items to ordered in July. I have written them asking for status, but they didn’t respond. I imagine this delay has something to do with the tariffs and related problems with supply chains (thanks, government!), but they need to be upfront about it. Too bad.

The last 3 orders I placed with Artful Home were not shipped for nearly a MONTH after I ordered and paid for my items! They provided a tracking number, but the packages still had not actually shipped for 3 weeks or more. I finally called to cancel two orders, but they shipped one item anyway, after I had cancelled it. The merchandise is very nice, expensive for what you get, but unique and good quality. I don’t understand why their shipping is so unreliable.

Before explaining my low rating, I want to say I've been a frequent Artful Home customer for well over a decade. My home, my closet, the holiday decorations in my garage, and even my yard are full of Artful Home treasures. Lately, though, everything has gone downhill. Not the products. Just the customer service. I've ordered a dress for a summer wedding twice, believing it would be shipped in time, only to be disappointed. I should be able to trust what is published on the website. I used to be able to see the anticipated ship date on my pending orders, but I can't anymore. So, I'm flying blind unless I sit on hold waiting for a customer service representative. I will always continue supporting artisans. But I'm just not sure doing business with Artful Home is worth the aggravation any longer.
