They send me a pair of fake nike shoes and they didn't send me a return label, so I have to pay more than 20€ to have my money back. I will not buy anything else from this website and I absolutely don't recommend it.

Hello Micol, I am very sorry to hear of your disappointment. Our authenticity and quality controls are passed and we reserve the right to limit ourselves to the return policy only if no data has been provided to us. If, on the other hand, you give us a detailed explanation, we receive the shoe, we do a thorough review and if we have made a mistake we assume the error and the fault, and assume the costs. The pair you have sent us were in good condition. And no review were detailed by you. We hope this is clearer and and clarify more details for you. If this were not the case, the payment method you used would have forced us to refund without return. However, as a legitimate place, it allows us the benefit of the doubt, and therefore, forces you to return the product to be reimbursed. Have a nice day!
