Our install guy was great!
Our install guy was great!! He was very patient and explained everything to my mother. Appreciate his kindness and he left the place meticulous.

Wonderful service and good product
Everyone we spoke with was great. Answered our questions, and gave timely responses. We had the unit installed and were walked through the process. When a "glitch" happened after installation, staff came out withing a few days and repaired the unit. It was a smooth, effortless process and they were a great company to work with. Highly recommend.

Everyone very helpful
Everyone from sales, customer service, and the service technicians were absolutely fantastic! The gal in the local office in Duluth called to the office in Minneapolis to send a guy to install my stair lift the next day as she knew that it was hurting my legs to use the stairs and she didn’t want me to have to struggle through out the weekend going up and down.

Order process and installation went…
Order process and installation went without incident. The 2 installers were knowledgeable and courteous. The stair lift, once installed, was considerably more than I had envisioned. Arrow Lift's product allows my amputee mother-in-law to once again travel outside of one floor of the house. To her, and to my wife and me, that is priceless. A few misunderstandings at the onset were immediately delt with. I voiced my concerns and the CEO of Arrow Lift, Mr. Pete Newstrom, contacted me directly and he personally addressed and solved the misunderstanding. Mr. Newstrom apparently believes that in his company, the buck stops with him. That is a concept that I agree with, and appreciate. I recommend Arrow Lift to any and all consumers who find themselves in need of mobility. Thank you Mr. Newstrom and Arrow Lift
