Easy to invest

The experience has been very positive. The website explained the process and intent very succinctly. It’s easy to navigate and, as a smaller investor, I have been very impressed with my rate of return on investment.

One word: returns. Returns on rental houses and the Real Estate Income Fund are comparable to or better than CDs or bonds while the minimum investment is much lower. Since these are securities, returns work a little differently. Interest on bank accounts, CDs, bonds, etc., are prorated for how many days held out of the month. Returns from Arrived investments come after the end of the delay period (up to 3 months) and act more like dividends paid after the ex-date. Plus fees for early termination if you need the money before 3 years. It would be more user friendly if the system was more liquid, but the holding periods keep the values stable.

I think it’s a great company. The website could be upgraded to make it a little easier to understand but awesome overall experience.

I have shares of about 15 properties (including an airbnb). I collect monthly rent on each of them. Easy and inexpensive way to get into real estate.

Very simple investments to execute with higher returns.

Arrived is very easy to navigate and easy to make purchases.
